Charlie Scott is a senior compensation consulting professional with more than 35 years of background working with a wide variety of companies in establishing strategies to attract and retain key talent, develop and administer business-driven compensation programs, and aligning rewards with organizational and individual performance. Through his firm, CTS Consulting Group, Charlie provides a 100 percent personalized form of advising best suited to companies that work through their own work teams.
Until 2012, Charlie was a Senior Partner with Mercer Human Resource Consulting; serving from 2005 – 2011 as President of its global Human Capital Consulting business and member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Over his 32-year career with Mercer, Charlie worked with more than 750 firms on projects that spanned the full range of human resources strategy and operations – including executive compensation, sales incentive compensation, total rewards, salary management, performance evaluation, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Charlie retired from Mercer and established his own firm that focuses on reward and talent strategies. He also serves as Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at the Fox Business School of Temple University, working with graduate students on their capstone consulting projects.
Charlie is a graduate of Gettysburg College, where he now serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees. He is also a board member of Philadelphia Futures/White Williams.
